DunIT -- National Top Ten Weanling Stallion

Erica's Gone and DunIT  is gorgeous, black eyed, smokey grey-grullo stallion who was born on February 20, 2005 at 1:25 a.m.  His sire is the incomparable, AMHA Honor Roll, AMHR Champion of Champions, and sire of MANY National Champion and Halter Hall of Fame horses, Little Kings BT Buck Bandito (picture).  DunIT's dam, MCC Feathers Silver Streak (picture), is a Reserve National Champion and Multiple Grand Champion.  DunIT is a grandson of both Ima Boones Little Buckeroo Too (picture), a National Grand Champion, and Yellow Diamond Little Feather (picture).  He is also a great grandson of National Grand Champion Hemlock Brooks Egyptian King (picture).

DunIT attended the 2005 AMHR Nationals with Erica Killion (link), his breeder, and did very well!  In the huge weanling stallion class for those 28" and under, DunIT came in 7th so at his first show, he is already a National Top Ten colt!  A few weeks later, DunIT showed at the Mid South Fair, an AMHA show, and placed 1st under ALL FOUR JUDGES out of 8 very nice colts, and then went on to be RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION JUNIOR STALLION under all four judges.  The icing on the cake is DunIT took those Reserves to the unanimous GRANDS of our other stallion, Erica's Echos of My Destiny! DunIT is an AMHR National Top Ten halter stallion and made the AMHA National Honor Roll in 2005.  He took First Place in all his classes with the exception of Nationals (where he took 7th in a huge class of some of the best colts in the breed!).  DunIT has been shown very lightly by us, without any real show conditioning and no sweating, yet he has received First Place and Champion wins.

DunIT is a fabulous young stallion, truly we think one of the best around!  He's just fancy from the get go and very correct and typy.  He has an outstanding, loving disposition and will have a huge part of our breeding program starting in 2007.  He has matured early and beautifully and he's one that never stops making me think "wow", even in his winter fur suit with pokeberry splashed across his face -- he's still something special!

With DunIT's show ring success, extreme good looks, high-stepping-prancy-outstanding action, and royal pedigree, he will be a very important part of our breeding program for years to come.  He is an outstanding combination of refinement, fire, beauty and type, and is all of 31" tall!

DunIT's breeder, Erica Killion of Erica's Tiny Trotters (link) has bred more National Champions than I could count.  Some of our best horses, including DunIT, have come to us from Erica.  She is a remarkable horsewoman, treasured friend, and mentor.  I would not hesitate to recommend Erica to anyone looking for an awesome horse, an honest seller, and a fair deal!  We think Erica is one in a million!

DunIT's foals are AWESOME!!!  See them on our FOALS PAGE.  To date, there are two very nice, stallion quality colts (Ducky, a grey-black and Trooper, a red dun) and three precious, refined, and small fillies (Passion, a grey-grulla, Bliss, a palomino, and Delight, a double dilute).  DunIT stamps his get with his gorgeous head, refinement, action and ATTITUDE to burn!!!  DunIT proved his own quality through his limited but very sucessful show career.  Now he's proving his worth as a herd sire with these beautiful, exactly what we had hoped for, foals!!!  In addition to his 2008 foals, we are anticipating a lovely foal in May 2009, and more to come in 2010.

DunIT has been insured through Gen-Corp Insurance Group since 2005.
